10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HistoriDigit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to HistoriDigit in the six months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HistoriDigit and its licensees and licensors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law
